Moxee Hop Festival Artwork Show @ BBBC

06:00 PM

EVCEA is excited to kick off the Moxee Hop Festival with its annual artwork show featuring this year’s local artist Bill Brennan at Bale Breaker Brewing Company. Stop by to check out the original piece, painted exclusively for 2019 Moxee Hop Festival, share a few pints of Bale Breaker’s #freshoffthefarm lineup with the artist himself, and maybe even place a bid if you’re so inclined!

The final bid will be accepted and announced on Saturday, August 3rd at the festival. Proceeds will be evenly split between the artist and EVCEA to help sponsor local events, organizations and making donations throughout the year.

MORE ABOUT EVCEA:
EVCEA donated $20,000 to the new Hop Sculpture that will be installed in the Moxee Park this summer. The 6’ copper hop cone sculpture will be hanging from a 24’ hop scale tripod,  similar to the ones used when hops were harvested by hand! EVCEA and the city of Moxee are excited to add a hop sculpture to the Hop Capital of the World!

EVCEA is a not-for-profit organization created with the primary goal of bringing back the tradition of the yearly Moxee Hop Festival, held the first Friday and Saturday in August. The profits from the Hop Festival are then put back into the East Valley Community by supporting local events, organizations and making donations.

We are a volunteer organization dedicated to making things happen in East Valley and we would love to have you JOIN US! Learn more about EVCEA.
