This is our original wet hop recipe - we've brewed this beer every year since 2012 when we were on our original 10 gallon system. It took just four minutes to get these wet Simcoe hops out of the picking machine at Loftus Ranches and into the brew kettle, making it the freshest fresh hop beer around!

Flavor Profile: Fruit loops and berry. Pineapple, mango, lychee, orange, gooseberry, dank. The world’s smoothest bitterness.
