Bale Breaker Brewing and Yonder Cider are opening a joint taproom in the heart of Ballard’s brewing district this summer. With over 30+ taps of locally produced beer and cider, a 6,000+ sq ft outdoor area with five firepits, a dedicated retail area and space for food trucks, this recently renovated taproom will add a unique experience to the already vibrant Ballard scene.
We are currently seeking a hard-working and passionate individual to join the Bale Breaker and Yonder teams as our full-time TAPROOM GENERAL MANAGER. This individual will supervise staff working in the taproom, will manage inventory and orders, and will oversee all aspects of day-to-day taproom operations. This full-time, salaried position is based out of Seattle, WA at 826 NW 49th St in Ballard and will report directly to the ownership teams at Bale Breaker and Yonder.

Crafting fresh-off-the-farm brews from the middle of a hop field, Bale Breaker Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery located in the beautiful Yakima Valley. Backed by four generations of hop farming experience, Bale Breaker started in 2013, and has grown to become the third largest independent craft brewery in Washington, with distribution in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. At our 30-barrel brewhouse in a 27,000 square foot facility in Yakima, we craft six year-round canned beers, including the widely celebrated Topcutter IPA. We also have a 5-barrel pilot brewhouse, the Imagination Station, where we test and develop new recipes. Our new taproom in Ballard will be a great extension of what we’ve been doing for 8 years and allow us to share the Bale Breaker experience with new and current fans in Western WA.
