[Text by Mai Hong, Yakima Herald] As he’s done all summer, Chris Guerra spent the evening of July 26 cooking against the backdrop of hop vines growing outside of Bale Breaker Brewing Co.
For several hours, Guerra, chef and owner of Guerra’s Gourmet in Sunnyside, and his crew — including his parents and several friends — cooked and served a wide array of items on the wood-fired grill and oven set up at the back of a pickup.
