COVID-19 Update: Bale Breaker Brewing Company’s taproom is temporarily closed to the public, but we are running weekly 12-5pm Saturday Drive-Thrus. Visit our blog for this week’s menu.
Join the fight to end hunger in Yakima! This November, Bale Breaker Brewing Company is teaming up with Northwest Harvest to collect non-perishable food items for donation to our local food banks.
How it works: During the month of November, bring at least one non-perishable food item to the taproom for donation and RECEIVE $1 OFF your purchase. Discount can be used for anything - a pint of beer, a growler refill, a six-pack of cans, or even some Bale Breaker gear! Feeling extra generous this holiday season? Bring five or more items for donation and receive a 20oz pint for $1.
There's no limit to the number of items you can donate, but it is limited to one discount per person per day.
What types of food does Northwest Harvest need? Northwest Harvest can use any non-perishable food or monetary donations. Select shelf-stable food with the lowest saturated fats and refined carbohydrates (sugar, white flour). Here are some suggestions:
