Bale Breaker Brewing Company is excited to announce that our next seasonal beer release, Bubba's Brew, is being brewed in conjunction with a national fundraiser aimed to cure ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
This debilitating disease hits us very close to home at Bale Breaker. We have lost several family members to ALS over the past 25 years, and three are currently living with the disease, including our uncle Scott, the inspiration behind the fundraiser and our beer. We expect that Bubba's Brew will be available on draft in the Yakima area in mid-June. $1 per pint will be donated back to ALS research.
About Ales for ALS
Loftus Ranches and Hopunion have created Ales for ALS to support a very worthy cause – ALS research. They have offered participating brewers access to a proprietary hop blend, free of charge, in exchange for participation in Ales for ALS™. Participating brewers are brewing special beers with these hops and will donate a portion of the sales to ALS TDI, the world's leader in ALS research. For more on the program, including other participating breweries, please visit www.alesforals.com.
