Equipment Installation

December was a busy month for us at the brewery!  Although they weren't carted in on Santa's sleigh (which would've been pretty cool), a couple beefy semis delivered our brewhouse and cellar vessels and our grain silo.  Our brewhouse is a 3-vessel, 30 barrel system, fabricated by the talented guys at Metalcraft Fabrication from Portland, OR.  We're working on hooking everything up now, so it shouldn't be long until the beer is flowing at Bale Breaker!
