Join us for another fun Community Day event at Bale Breaker as we support our Yakima Valley Veteran's Coalition!  

Tuesday, July 7
3:00 - 8:00 PM 

Volunteers will be onsite collecting non-perishable food and personal items (such as canned tuna or chicken, rice, toilet paper, toothpaste, and shampoo), AND Bale Breaker will donate $1 per pint sold to the coalition.

Who is the Yakima Valley Veterans Coalition?

The Yakima Valley Veterans Coalition is a DBA of a not-for-profit organization and shares their tax-deductible status as a 501c3 organization.  The membership is made up of Yakima County Veterans with a passion to serve the Veteran Community.

What is Yakima Valley Veterans Coaltion's mission?

To strengthen the Yakima Valley's Veteran community by helping Veterans and their families who may be facing financial hardship and temporary emergencies.  Ending homelessness among Veterans is a major focus.

If I give to the Yakima Valley Veterans Coalition, how will the funds be dispersed?

It will be provided to Veterans and their family in need.  It will not pay for staff or administration.  You can specify for a specific need or event and check in on its distribution at anytime.  You may receive tax credit for your donation.

Don't miss the inaugural Chinook Fest Summit! Like Chinook Fest Central, this is an event featuring local craft beer, wine, food vendors, craft vendors and (most importantly) some of the finest local, regional and national artists around.

This year’s festival will be held July 10-12 at Summit Central, one of the beautiful bases at The Summit at Snoqualmie. The festival grounds are located just off Interstate 90, with quick access to both Seattle and Eastern WA.

This summer's Ales for ALS Kickoff Fundraiser will again feature live music, food vendors, and the release of this year's Bubba's Brew.  (More details to come.)  

Plus, Bale Breaker will donate $1 per pint of ANY beer sold on July 18 to ALS-TDI, so come raise a glass for a great cause!

Can't attend in person?  You can support our efforts by donating through the ALS-TDI website or mailing a check to ALS-TDI at 300 Technology Square, Suite 400, Cambridge MA 02139.  (Please make a note that it supports Bale Breaker's ALS for ALS fundraiser!)
